The return or the refund will be done in one condition, that the item you purchased is defective and the tag is not removed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at
online@najasaade.com with details of the item and the defect. And it should be sent again within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the email.
Upon checking the item, we will assess your case and inspect the piece to inform you whether it will be exchanged, sent back, or refunded. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to your address on your own expense. Shipment return costs, expenses and all potential custom duties and taxes (back and forth) are to be covered by your side as your responsibility.
Since our items are customized and not in stock You have the option to cancel your order within a 24-hour period from the time the order is placed.
it is important to note, however, that a commission fee of 4.5% (associated with payment gateway services) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Any refunds will be transferred to the same payment solution platform originally used.
